Suitable for meetings, regular clubs, parties, conferences, families and for people of all ages. The Centre is versatile, spacious, well equipped and competitively priced. Rooms to hire comprise of a main hall and adjacent kitchen and bar area, two small meeting rooms on the ground floor and a larger meeting room on the first floor and the computer suite. It is an all-inclusive, user-friendly and very flexible building.

Unfortunately due to government advice on the Coronavirus we have had to close 40 Degreez for the time being. We will inform all our users and liaise over the coming weeks about the earliest possible date for re-opening. We are looking at ways to support our staff and where possible they will be working at home and using Social Media to keep in touch with the most vulnerable of our young people.
